Arizona election audit reveals 50,000 problematic ballots, deleted election data, thousands of duplicate votes

PHOENIX, Arizona (LifeSiteNews) – Auditors and the Arizona state senate yesterday released the long-awaiting findings of the 2020 forensic election audit in Arizona’s Maricopa County, revealing a host of irregularities and tens of thousands questionable ballots that throw into question Joe Biden’s reputed victory in the state.

The findings summary from the final audit report, dated September 24, flagged around 50,000 problematic votes, including 23,344 mail-in ballots cast from voters using a prior address. Another 5,295 votes came from people who potentially voted in multiple counties, while over 9,000 returned votes were not shown as having been sent out, according to the report. Biden’s certified victory margin in Arizona was just 10,457 out of 3.3 million votes.

Other issues discovered by the audit, which began in May at the direction of the Republican-led state senate, included thousands of votes cast by voters found to have moved out of the county or the state ahead of the 2020 election.

Florida-based IT firm Cyber Ninjas led the four-month audit effort, overseeing forensic investigations of voting machines, forensic inspections and hand recounts of Maricopa County’s 2.1 million votes, and an analysis of voter rolls and election files.

“In history of democracies–from ancient Athens to today–ours was the most detailed, demanding, and uncompromising election audit that has ever been conducted,” Senate president Karen Fann wrote in a letter referring the audit report to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office for “further investigation.”

Though auditors’ final ballot count nearly matched the county’s official tally, the findings “suggest less-than-perfect adherence to Arizona’s standards and best practices,” Fann said.

“The audit found that Maricopa County overwrote the entire activity log in its Election Management System,” she noted, adding that Maricopa officials produced “more than 37,000 identical queries” days after a court ordered the county to release election materials to the senate.

“Arizona must immediately decertify their 2020 Presidential Election Results,” President Donald Trump said in a statement yesterday echoed by Arizona GOP chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward and dozens of state lawmakers across the country.

Sen. Fann and the auditors also blamed Maricopa County for hindering a more complete investigation by refusing to provide chain-of-custody documentation and by deleting huge swaths of election data, among other things.

“On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain‐of‐Custody documentation for the ballots for the time‐period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care,” the final audit report by Cyber Ninjas stressed. “This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results; and added ambiguity into the final conclusions.”

“I’m very disappointed to see that Maricopa County refused to cooperate with us,” Fann said at a senate hearing about the audit findings on Friday. “Not only did they not cooperate with us, they even went so far as to sue us.”

A scathing report by CyFIR, another firm involved in the audit, highlighted more than 1 million election-related files purged from Maricopa County election devices before the start of the investigation. 1,064,746 election files and 9,571 directories were deleted from just one drive, and nearly 500,000 files were removed from three scanners, the report noted. Some drives also inexplicably held apparent election data from other states, including South Carolina and Washington.

CyFIR additionally slammed the Maricopa for “cyber security issues,” like failing to perform basic security maintenance, and for withholding routers and poll workers’ laptops.

“By the County withholding subpoena items, their unwillingness to answer questions as is normal between auditor and auditee, and in some cases actively interfering with audit research, the County prevented a complete audit,” a draft of Cyber Ninjas’ report stated.

Auditors nevertheless managed to obtain screenshots of people who were operating Maricopa County voting machines while election logs were deleted, CyFIR founder Ben Cotton said at yesterday’s hearing.

Attorney General Brnovich, a Republican, said in a statement Friday that he “will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and and where I have legal authority.” “Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected.”

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT-educated engineer hired as an audit investigator, also testified on Friday that over 34,000 duplicate ballot envelopes cast by just 17,126 individual voters in 2020 election were counted in Maricopa County. In a presentation for state legislators, Ayyadurai added that thousands of mail-in ballot with blank signatures or “scribbles” should not have passed signature verification, though the county only reported 587 “bad signatures.”

Preliminary findings released by Cyber Ninjas in July had revealed that “74,243 mail-in ballots where there is no clear record of them ever being sent,” Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan attested at the time. He additionally said that 18,000 people voted in the 2020 election in Maricopa County but were removed from voter rolls after the election and that several thousand voters were not registered by Election Day, but appeared to have been added to voter rolls soon afterwards.

The release of the Arizona audit findings comes as election investigations move forward in other states, like Texas, where Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) earlier this week announced a full forensic audit of four counties. Ongoing 2020 election audit efforts continue in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin.

Democrats and local officials repeatedly attempted to block the Maricopa County audit, including with multiple failed legal challenges. Congressional Democrats this week asked Doug Logan to testify before the House Oversight Committee on October 7, after the oversight committee ordered Cyber Ninjas last month to produce communications related to the audit.

Election watchdog reveals more voters registered in Fulton County than are eligible ahead of GA Trump rally

Hours before President Donald Trump is set to hold a rally in the heart of Georgia, VoterGA, an elections watchdog group, revealed that more people are registered to vote in Georgia’s Fulton County than are eligible to legally cast ballots in the state.

As first reported by The Gateway Pundit, VoterGA posted the findings, which indicate that fraud possibly influenced the election, on its website Saturday morning.

“You see, as of the April 2020 Census, there were 1,066,000 people who lived in Fulton County,” the website’s update reads. “When we subtract out people who can’t vote like those under 18 who make up 21.4% of the population, illegal aliens, incarcerated people, people over 65 who are cognitively unable to vote, and the homeless, you come up with about 262,000 ineligible voters.  Subtract them from the starting population of 1,066,000 and that leaves you with about 805,000 possible voters but 806,451 were actually registered!”

Source: VoterGA

“Let’s not forget that to accomplish this, Fulton county would have had to register nearly 600 people each and every day for a full year,” the organization continued. “When we pull the records, I doubt we will see that level of activity. Stay tuned!”

This report comes just days after a public hearing in Georgia revealed that a secret audit has been underway in Fulton County for months now.

The new Georgia findings in addition to the groundbreaking Maricopa County audit will likely be points of discussion for President Donald Trump when he takes the stage tonight in Perry, Ga. Tune in here.

Video Reveals What Happened During Border Patrol ‘Whipping’ Incident

The Associated Press on Friday released video footage of the now-viral incident between a mounted Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agent and a Haitian migrant, which some claimed depicted the border patrol agent whipping the migrant.

AP reporter Sarah Blake Morgan, who said she was at the Rio Grande River, where groups of Haitian migrants have been attempting to enter the U.S. in recent weeks, shared the video on Twitter. The footage seems to indicate the whips are in fact reins, a claim that has since been corroborated by others.

Democrats and corporate media outlets have purported since Monday that border patrol agents were whipping Haitian migrants at the southern border, after video and pictures emerged of agents riding on horseback with seemingly long reins.

Vice President Kamala Harris said Tuesday she condemns the “horrible” treatment of Haitian migrants and supports an investigation into the supposed whipping. President Joe Biden later said Friday the footage was “beyond an embarrassment” for the U.S. and added that the accused agents “will pay” for whipping migrants. (RELATED: Psaki Says Horses Won’t Be Used In Del Rio Following Outrage Over Alleged ‘Whipping’)

The claim that CBP agents were whipping Haitian migrants at the border has been disputed by multiple sources. A border patrol agent told Fox News that whips “are not issued or authorized for use” and it was implausible that “a horse patrol unit would be whipping aliens.”

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas confirmed during a Monday press conference that agents were using long reins to control their horses, noting the agents in question had been reassigned to desk duties pending a DHS investigation into the matter.

“And there, the horses have long reins,” Mayorkas reiterated at a White House press briefing Friday.

Kerr Wardlaw, a sixth-generation rancher and horse expert, told KTSM that the agents who appeared to be swinging their horse reins in the air were actually using them as a tool to quickly move the rear end of the horse from left to right.

He also told the local outlet the border patrol agent depicted in the original photograph reached for the migrant only after that migrant tried to gain control of the horse.

Biden’s Department of Homeland Security Reveals the Fate of Around 12,400 Migrants Who Illegally Crossed the Border

Around 12,400 migrants could be allowed to remain in the U.S., Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said during a White House news conference on Friday.

Border officials relied on Title 42, a Trump-era public health order implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to expel most migrants from the U.S., according to Mayorkas.

Migrants who needed immediate medical attention or who feared torture if they were returned to their home country were not subject to removal.

“Approximately 12,400 will have cases heard by an immigration judge to make a determination on whether they’ll be removed or permitted to remain in the United States,” Mayorkas said.

“If someone is not subject to Title 42 expulsion for the three reasons that I explained — acute vulnerability, operational capacity limitations, or a Convention Against Torture exception — then the individual is placed in immigration proceedings.”

Trump’s Surgeon General Says He Tried to Refinance His Mortgage, But Biden Admin Pulled a Dirty Move to Stop It from Happening

The migrants who are not expelled under Title 42 will appear before an immigration judge where their claims are adjudicated, according to Mayorkas.

If the migrant does not have a valid claim to remain in the U.S., they will be expelled.

Should migrants who illegally cross the border be deported?

An estimated 8,000 migrants have decided to return to Mexico voluntarily,” Mayorkas said.

And just over 5,000 are being processed by DHS to determine whether they will be expelled or placed in immigration removal proceedings under Title 8.”

Immigration officials cleared all 15,000 migrants from the temporary encampment set up near Del Rio, Texas, as of Friday morning, according to Mayorkas.

Border officials were overwhelmed by the thousands of migrants, mostly from Haiti, who showed up under the international bridge to request asylum in the U.S.

Around 600 Customs and Border Protection officials and DHS volunteers were deployed to the area to help with processing, Mayorkas said.

Facebook Reveals How It Decides What Content to Suppress

Facebook released its updated Content Distribution Guidelines on Thursday, shedding more light on how the tech giant decides what content it suppresses.

While Facebook has previously provided some details on the types of content that receive reduced distribution in Facebook’s News Feed, the updated guidelines are designed to provide clarity and accessibility, Director of Product Management Anna Stepanov announced in a blog post Thursday.

“The Content Distribution Guidelines make it clear what content receives reduced distribution on News Feed because it’s problematic or low quality,” Stepanov wrote.

The guidelines list content Facebook suppresses in its News Feed such as clickbait, unoriginal or low-quality content, and articles from news publishers rated as “broadly untrusted” by Facebook users. Content from untrustworthy or suspicious domains also receives reduced distribution, as does sensationalist news and certain types of promoted health content such as claims of products providing “miracle cures.”

All content rated as “False, Altered, or Partly False” by fact-checkers certified by the International Fact-Checking Network is deprioritized, though content rated as having “Missing Context” does not generally receive reduced distribution.

The tech company previously ran afoul of lawmakers and the New York Post for limiting the reach of a true story related to information contained on Hunter Biden’s laptop due to pending fact-check approval, while the International Fact-Checking Network attracted ire for fact-checking claims from pro-life group Live Action.

The released guidelines follow increased scrutiny of Facebook’s content moderation practices due to the spread of perceived misinformation on its platform. The company reportedly refused to hand over user data to the White House and failed to answer specific questions regarding the amount of alleged misinformation on its platform, The Washington Post reported in August.

Facebook also initially shelved the release of a transparency report that showed the most popular content on the platform was related to the COVID-19 vaccine, and has repeatedly taken action against researchers attempting to study its algorithms. The company was grilled by lawmakers Tuesday for its lack of transparency regarding its data collection policies and the impact its services have on users.

Facebook did not immediately respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Border Patrol Source Reveals Extreme Lack of COVID Precautions as Migrants Stream Enter US Camp

Thousands of mostly Haitian migrants who crossed the southern border recently have not been tested for COVID-19 unless they have shown symptoms, according to a report.

“Border Patrol sources working the Del Rio camp tell me that there is no COVID testing of migrants at the camp unless they are displaying obvious symptoms,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin tweeted from Del Rio, Texas, on Thursday.

“There are medical tents set up here where any migrants w/ health issues are taken into,” Melugin said.

Bombshell Report: Maricopa Official Resigns After Election Audio Leak – Dead People Voted, ‘Bulls***’ County Audit

The crowded conditions under the Del Rio International Bridge are conducive to a COVID-19 outbreak, according to Angela Clendenin, instructional assistant professor at the Texas A&M School of Public Health.

“What you have at Del Rio is a large encampment of people who are refugees from Haiti. And one thing we know about transmissible diseases is anytime you have an area that’s densely populated, it promotes the spread of that disease,” Clendenin told the Washington Examiner on Thursday.

“From the beginning, you’ve had a disease that is transmissible, and 20%-50% of cases have been asymptomatic. It’s hard to identify those cases, and it’s hard to get them isolated and then to get their close contacts quarantined,” she added.

The concerns will only grow as many of the Haitian migrants are moving to other locations in the United States.

Should migrants who cross the southern border be tested for COVID?

Those returning to Haiti through deportation flights are being tested for COVID-19 before leaving the country, according to The Associated Press.

On Wednesday, New York magazine reported, “A U.S. official estimated that thousands have been bused to other locations in Texas or to Arizona, then told to appear at an immigration office within two months.”

KTRK-TV in Houston reported on Wednesday that Haitian migrants from Del Rio have been bused to the area.

The report said that “volunteers from a coalition of churches are preparing them for the next part of their journey in America.”

In addition, it said, “The migrants staying there are reportedly families who came to escape violence or persecution. They’ll eventually be taken to Bush Intercontinental Airport or the bus station to meet up with their sponsors in other states.”

Biden Administration Bans Border Patrol from Using Horses in Del Rio After Media Manufactures Outrage

The migrant gathering of nearly 15,000 people has now dropped to less than half of its size.

As of Thursday morning, 3,881 migrants remained under the Del Rio bridge, according to Melugin. A total of 1,401 were deported as of the end of Wednesday.

US Army slideshow displays ‘tenets of Satanism’ in COVID vax pitch, Tucker reveals

Big Tech is censoring us. Subscribe to our email list and bookmark to continue getting our news.  Subscribe now.

(LifeSiteNews) – The U.S. Army favorably cites the teachings of the leftist advocacy group The Satanic Temple (TST) in a slideshow promoting COVID-19 vaccination, Fox News prime-time host Tucker Carlson revealed during his Monday broadcast.

Last month, Biden administration Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin directed the secretaries of all military departments to “immediately begin full [COVID] vaccination of all members of the Armed Forces,” and “impose ambitious timelines for implementation.”

While Austin said at the time the mandate was “necessary to protect the Force and defend the American people,” Carlson suggested its actual purpose was “to identify the sincere Christians in the ranks, the free thinkers, the men with high testosterone levels, and anyone else who doesn’t love Joe Biden, and make them leave immediately.” He then dropped the detail that has garnered the segment most of its attention so far.

“We just obtained a PowerPoint that the Army is using to justify mandatory vaccines to the troops. In it, is the sympathetic portrayal of Satanism. ‘How many children were sacrificed to Satan because of the vaccine,’ the slide reads, apparently sarcastically. The presentation then proceeds to list the so-called ‘tenants of Satanism,’ which are taken straight from the ‘temple of Satanism’ website.

TST is a far-left secular advocacy group best known for filing lawsuits against various state pro-life laws, and says it embraces Satan as a “symbol of the Eternal Rebel in opposition to arbitrary authority,” but does not believe he literally exists. The “seven fundamental tenets” from TST’s website read as follows:

One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason.

The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions.

One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.

The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one’s own.

Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs.

People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one’s best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused.

Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word.

“So here you have the U.S. Army doing PR for Satanism,” Carlson quipped. The full, exact meaning intended by the slide is not entirely clear, but at a minimum it appears to be mocking religious aversion to the COVID-19 vaccines — which were developed and/or tested with the use of fetal cells from aborted babies — while casting the views of “Satanists” as more enlightened.

“We called the Army about this today. They conceded the PowerPoint is real, troops saw it, but it was somehow ‘not approved by army leadership,’” Carlson added. “They did not explain how that works, or what they’re going to do about it.”

While mandate defenders are quick to point out that the military has long required soldiers to vaccinate against a range of diseases, the fact remains that previous vaccines were subjected to far more evaluation and development time before being put into widespread use than the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson COVID shots receive during their accelerated clinical trials

While cases of severe harm reported to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) after taking COVID vaccines represent less than one percent of total doses administered in the United States, a 2010 report submitted to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ (HHS) Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) warned that VAERS caught “fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events.” On the problem of underreporting, the VAERS website offers simply that “more serious and unexpected medical events are probably more likely to be reported than minor ones” (emphasis added).

This past May, NBC News published a report acknowledging experts’ concerns about “gaps” in federal monitoring of the COVID vaccines. While the government currently relies on a “hodgepodge” of sources for safety data, the report explained, the quoted experts call for a more “robust ‘active’ surveillance system [that] can search large volumes of patient care records to compare rates of adverse events in people who received vaccines with those who didn’t.”

Further intensifying the above concerns is a Project Veritas report released Monday, which shows insiders at Phoenix Indian Medical Center speaking candidly about serious medical complications they’ve seen after COVID vaccination that are not being reported.

Acknowledging the COVID vaccines’ potential dangers would severely undermine the Biden administration’s heavy investment in the narrative that the vaccines are the key to ending the pandemic.

Earlier this month, President Joe Biden announced that private companies with 100 or more workers will be required to mandate either vaccinations or weekly testing. So far, more than 20 Republican-controlled states have said they are planning or exploring lawsuits against the Biden vaccine mandate.

LifeSiteNews has also prepared a resource to help readers facing such mandates at work pursue and defend religious, medical, or conscience exemptions.

Tucker Carlson Reveals US Army PowerPoint Discussing Vaccine, Listing ‘7 Tenets of Satanism’

The U.S. military is under attack from an enemy that is as ruthless as it is persistent.

It’s not from foreign adversaries or terror groups this time — though our brave men and women in uniform are keeping us safe from them, too — but rather from leftists within the ranks intent on dismantling the armed forces from within.

This infiltration and undermining have been underway for some time, but COVID-19 has accelerated the process and focused the effort in a diabolical way — literally.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson revealed in Monday’s program that a slide from an Army PowerPoint presentation obtained by the network contained a “sympathetic portrayal of Satanism.”

Carlson shared this information on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” as part of a broader commentary about the state of the U.S. military and the concerted efforts to demonize and demoralize armed forces personnel in a systematic way.

Teen Says She Went Into Walgreens for a Flu Shot, She Walked Out with a Sick Surprise

“In most places, at most times, if you wanted to take over a country, first you had to control its military — the ‘guys with guns,’ as Mark Milley once memorably put it,” Carlson said, taking a shot at the general and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who may have committed treason under former President Donald Trump.

“The Army is essential for political control,” Carlson continued. “Government dictates have no meaning without the credible threat of force to back them up. Guns are to laws what gold is to paper currency. It gives it value and strength,” he added.

“In a democratic system, the military serves and protects the entire population, no matter who they voted for,” Carlson said. “That’s what democracy is. In an authoritarian system, by contrast, the army is the enforcement apparatus of a specific political party.”

Do you think this is part of a deliberate takeover of the military?

The host went on to cite historical examples of authoritarian regimes that imposed loyalty standards on the military to facilitate a takeover and related it to how that’s playing out in America right now.

First, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin promised to root out “white supremacy” and “extremism,” which translated mostly to harassing those who didn’t vote for President Joe Biden.

“Then, in August, Lloyd Austin came up with a new political purity test. This one was specifically designed to separate the obedient from the free — can’t have any of the latter category,” Carlson said.

“Austin said he planned to fire anyone in the entire armed services who would not submit to the COVID-19 vaccination shot. It didn’t matter whether they had natural immunity or not, as so many in the military do,” the host continued.

“Their personal moral or religious objections were totally irrelevant. The point was to bow before his authority and the authority of the Democratic Party. No excuses or exceptions,” Carlson later said, adding that Austin has no “scientific justification” for requiring the shot for our armed forces made up of young, healthy individuals and speculated at ulterior motives.

Tucker Carlson Responds After His Pic Is Burned with US Flag: ‘I’m Proud to Be Burned with the Flag’

“The point of mandatory vaccination is to identify the sincere Christians in the ranks, the free thinkers, the men with high testosterone levels, and anyone else who doesn’t love Joe Biden and make them leave immediately,” Carlson charged.

“It’s a takeover of the U.S. military,” he further asserted.

“Here’s they’re doing it: This show has just obtained a PowerPoint that the Army is using to justify mandatory vaccines to the troops,” Carlson explained with a graphic of the slide with the “7 Tenets of Satanism” the network claimed was Army-verified. (The Church of Satan later explained on Twitter that the seven tenets are not actually principles of Satanism but were instead “written a few years ago by a political activist group attempting to troll politicians.”)

“You will notice there the sympathetic portrayal of Satanism,” he said. “‘How many children were sacrificed to Satan because of the vaccine,’ the slide reads, apparently sarcastically,” Carlson continued.

“The presentation then proceeds to list the so-called ‘tenants of Satanism,’ which are taken straight from the Temple of Satanism website,” he pointed out.

“So here you have the U.S. Army doing PR for Satanism,” Carlson said.

It’s hard to dispute Carlson’s conclusions in light of these recent revelations and what’s already been happening in the military.

The focus on woke indoctrination and away from actual warfare is a well-established reality, as is the left’s utter hatred for a formidable military force.

Now with the COVID-19 vaccines that are morally repugnant to many devout Christians, those who wish to tear down America’s armed forces that are the envy of the world can now do so through several established avenues.

Biden has allowed transgender people in the military, going full force after years of leftists mostly flirting with such social engineering.

Then the witch hunt for white supremacists — meaning anyone who may have supported Trump — allowed for vetting based on political beliefs.

And now there is a vaccine mandate complete with the addition of Satanism into Army curriculum as a finishing touch to a yearslong campaign to destroy the military from the inside out.

All of these ideological assaults to undermine the military have been purposely aimed at the Americans who are most likely to be conservative, patriotic and protective of our Judeo-Christian beliefs and way of life.

They seek to drive away the strong, solid, liberty-minded men and women in order to leave the armed forces in the hands of the weak and woke, a cohort more malleable and easily turned against their fellow Americans.

It’s fitting then that the Army brass attempting to destroy the system from within would reference the supposed beliefs of Satanists — after all, they more closely mirror those ideals than the ones that built America.
